For the quarter ending 9-30-09, Stadion Managed Fund Class A has performed 0.97% for 1 year, 1.98% for 3 years and 3.06% since the fund's inception of 9-15-06. As of 9-30-09, the portfolio holdings were Money Market - Fidelity Government Fund, iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, Nasdaq 100 - Powershares QQQ, SP500 - SPDR Trust Series 1, SPDR Gold Trust, SPDR S&P Retail ETF, Industrial Select Sector SPDR, Technology Select Sector SPDR, iShares Russell 1000 Growth.

The Stadion Funds are a "Fund of Funds." As such, investors indirectly bear fees and expenses charged by the underlying ETFs in which Stadion Funds invest in, in addition to Stadion Funds' direct fees and expenses. There are also other potential risks associated with investing in Exchange-traded Funds (ETFs) since any investments in equities, including ETFs, are subject to market risks, sector risks, tracking risks, ETF net asset value and market price risks. International investing involves certain risks not usually associated with domestic investing, including currency fluctuation, economic and political volatility, foreign taxation and differences in financial standards.

The Expense Ratios do not include Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses, which are the fees and expenses incurred indirectly by each Fund as a result of its investments during the most recent fiscal year in investment companies and other pooled investment vehicles. For the Stadion Managed Fund, Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses were 0.15% of the Fund's average daily net assets for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009. For the Stadion Core Advantage Fund, Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses were 0.20% of the Fund's average daily net assets for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2009. The Current Expense Ratio is the expense ratio as a percentage of the Fund's average daily net assets as of the date listed above. The Current Expense Ratio may fluctuate based upon a number of factors, including changes in the Fund's net assets.

The Advisor has entered into Expense Limitation Agreements with the Funds under which it has agreed to waive its fees and to assume other expenses of a Fund, if necessary, in an amount that limits annual operating expenses of Class A and Class C shares of the Funds (exclusive of interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, extraordinary expenses, Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses and payments, if any, under the Rule 12b-1 Plan) to not more than 1.70% of the average daily net assets allocable to each Class for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2010. As a result, the Net Expense Ratio of each of the Fund's A shares will be limited to 1.95% for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2010. It is expected that the Expense Limitation Agreements will continue from year-to-year, provided such continuance is approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.
