Watkinsville, Ga., May 21, 2019 – Stadion Money Management, a participant level, customized retirement solutions manager, expanded its marketing department with the hiring of Marketing Coordinator Mercedes Burch.
As Stadion’s core retirement business has grown over the past year with increasing numbers of advisors, plan sponsors, and independent record keepers adopting the firm’s strategies, its marketing team has provided increasingly robust material for its national sales team, delivered timely and responsive support services, and expanded into new areas of thought leadership
As part of this expansion, Burch will manage specific areas of the department designed to increase efficiency and reduce lead times on monthly and quarterly regulatory documentation. She will also provide a new buoyancy to the creative wing of the department via the creation of new and dynamic presentations for our field personnel.
She reports to Chief Marketing Officer Holly MacMillan.
Burch brings with her over four years’ experience in project coordination as well as extensive experience in database construction and management. She was previously Project Coordinator for TSS Photography. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Western Governor’s University and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
“Mercedes was clearly unique among candidates considered for this role,” said MacMillan. “We were impressed with her project management experience, sensitivity of our regulatory environment, and enthusiasm for bringing new creative approaches to our marketing materials.”
